- Boltfast is a leading distributor of industrial fasteners with over 24 000 different items in stock and branches located in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Vredenburg.

Overberg Agri
- Leading agricultural services provider & supplier in Western and Eastern Cape.
- Provides agricultural supplies and equipment, grain storage, building materials, fuel and financing, primarily to farmers.
- 680 000 tons grain storage capacity.
- 19 agricultural retail stores.
Overberg Wealth and Risk Management
- Provider of short term insurance, medical aid solutions, wealth management, corporate consulting and employee benefits.

Kyron
- Our Group has concluded its largest acquisition to date by acquiring the newly renamed Kyron Group (previously Ascendis Animal Health) in 2021.
- Focusing on production animals (cattle, sheep, goats, poultry, pigs and wildlife), Kyron offers a comprehensive range of scientifically-advanced and affordable veterinary medicines to the South African market.
Energy & Logistics
Moov Fuel
- Wholesale supplier and distributor of petroleum and lubricant products to forecourts and commercial clients with an extensive footprint in the Western Cape.
- Supplies 86 fuel retail stations with 9 fuel depots delivering to commercial clients.
Bachmus

Bachmus Fuel & Oil Supplies gives our Group access to a distribution network in Namibia. This provides excellent expansion and growth opportunities in Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. It also provides Moov Fuel with a foothold in a major import hub for upstream access to petroleum and related products.

ACG Fruit
- ACG Fruit is a leading producer of table grapes and soft citrus for the export market, mainly the UK and Europe. Geographically diversified farm locations reduce the risk of production related challenges and ensure that a wide range of table grape and soft citrus cultivars can be supplied throughout the relevant harvest seasons.
Food Processing
Overberg Meat
- Situated in Bredasdorp, the abattoir provides processing facilities to the district’s sheep and cattle farmers.
- The facility has a processing a capacity of 950 small stock units per day, as well as a feedlot with a capacity of 2 500 small stock units.
- The brand “Overberg Meat” is increasingly popular due to the exceptional quality of meat from this district, serving major wholesalers and retailers in Cape Town.
Lesotho Milling Company
- Lesotho Milling’s core activities include wheat and maize milling and sugar repackaging for the South African and Lesotho markets.
- Lesotho’s mills, with an annual capacity of 90 000 tons of maize and 30 000 tons of wheat are located in Maputsoe, Lesotho. Its storage capacity of 30 000 tons are situated in Ficksburg.
- Lesotho Milling owns the Moja, Mighty White, Silver Cloud, Induna and Golden Wonder brands.
Grassroots Group Holdings
- Grassroots is a global leader in the production of scrumptious, innovative health snacks using proprietary technology to process fruit & vegetable pulp & dairy.
- It supplies under its own brands, private label and bulk business.
Montagu Snacks
- Montagu is a leading, national supplier of dried fruit, nuts, biltong and other snack products to its franchisees, forecourts and the retail market.
- Montagu owns the iconic Montagu brand as well as the Country in a Box brand.
